Default transform moving

it has happen every time and on all kinds of reference meshes,
if i select a edge loop all the way around it and transform move it then the side that is away from the camera(the back side) will snap it towards the camera view,
so now the back half is snapped to the front half

im talking every time

that's the way transform works in SimpleEdit, there will be a traditional transform tool in a future version.

im not sure your understanding.
select a edge loop and use transform move and pull up or down on it,
your edge loop will be screwed up once you let go

I do understand. That's the way SimpleEdit works: it projects the components back on the ref from the viewer's direction.

so your saying this is normal?
http://s17.postimage.org/6eglqg3h9/pulldown.png
i select the loop and want to pull it down then it messes up?
see the last bottom image for the end results.

any way of turning it off so it doesn't projects ref from the viewer's direction

Yes, this is normal. SimpleEdit's transform should be used only on components facing towards the viewer's direction.
